grabbed a brisket to smoke tomorrow while the wife is out of town and that means brisket CHILI on sunday!

i think i have a decent brisket chili recipe, any tips i might be missing?

The key is sweating the chili powders briefly in the oil like you would a curry to develop better flavors

I cook down my onions, peppers, cilantro with curry and chili powders into a roux like for gumbo then add everything else.... food

Haha i roll smoke all year, just now the leftoves go to chiki instead of tacos
