It's on! Jalapeno stuffed with Head Country BBQ seasoning, cream cheese and colby cheese. Stuffed in a chicken breast and then wrap in bacon. Cilantro Lime seasoning sprinkled on top. Along with jalapeno poppers and Sausage cooked by itself.

I might have to get one of those pellet poopers. Not really liking my MES, it's just not right. I'm about to put 5lbs of venison sausage on that I brewed up last night. This may be the final decision. My wife even said she doesn't like it as well as my old stick burner.
