Pork Belly Recipe - 07/27/18 12:54 PM

I'm in the mood to smoke and grill some pork belly this weekend. Anyone have a good recipe I can try out? Will probably get started Saturday.

I almost bought a pork belly last trip to Costco. But I opted for a loin instead. I've never cooked one but was was going to try the recipe below (everything else I've tried from the Traeger site has been great)

I have not tried it, hand my hands full all weekend. Will make another attempt this weekend. It's difficult finding a good cut of meat around here.

I used a basic pork rib dry rub and then mopped it in Rudy's Sissy Sauce + Butter once it hit the pan.
