I've thought about getting one of these several times. I already have a 24" disc and a cast iron griddle though that I use regularly. Not sure if I would ever get any real use out of it.
I love using it but need to be cooking for 10 plus. We use camp chef 3 burner griddle at the lease and Blackstone when we travel.
I love doing cheesesteaks on them. I have Central Market shave ribeye super thin. 10 to 12 oz oz a person so not cheap but worth it. Throw onions and mushrooms in.
