My favorite seasonings and a dash of Worcestershire and Soy sauces and into the oven at 375 for an hour. Damn they were good.

sounds/looks like one of the methods my mom used to make. We always had access to pork, domestic or feral, year around and mom did a lot of creative ways of cooking things.

I do the same and then freeze the left overs for work meals. Going to have to try them this way, looks good.
