Picked up a beef tenderloin, cut my own filets and bacon wrapped. Was goin to make pancetta wrapped asparagus with fancy cheese, but pancetta kept comin apart so I improvised. Taught my middle one how to twice bake a potato. Mama s happy, kids happy. Was a good day. Tenderloin trimmin crockpot.tacos. tomorrow..
