Help me dress this salad. It's on a bed of the tinder, succulent , heart, of a head of iceberg lettuce. I will be having it before I have my prime tenderloin and baked potato.

I am for a simple homemade creamy Italian style dressing. A mix of vinegar, mayo, salt pepper, oregano and what ever other seasoning I want to add.

I'd eat those fresh veggies just like they are or I would use ranch.

I ended with ranch. Everything came from my garden except the lettuce. I'll be having the same salad until my tomatoes quit producing. I generally go with one of the vinegar and oil mixes. It goes well on the cucumbers.

I agree. Balsamic is some outstanding stuff.

Try the packet of Good Seasons Italian. Use a good Balsamic vinegar and good olive oil. Add a little brown sugar to it.
