It's that time of the year. There are a lot of fishing threads on OT. What's your best leftover dish? I'll go first.

Crumble it in tuna salad for more texture.

You go next.

Cook the right amount so there aren’t any, fish is one of the few things I don’t care to have left over.

Fried fish is fine leftover either cold or
heated in the oven to make it crisp again.
Not a fan of leftover any other way.

I got no recipe.

I love leftover cold fried fish if it's seasoned & cooked right, especially for breakfast. Actually one of my most favorite things. I cook extra just so I can eat on it cold the next day.

Our resident coonixan is on to something SW. Grab a gallon ziplock and set it on the dash while you prep the boat first thing in the morning. It is a good food

Cold leftover fish in a sandwich with tarter sauce, mustard, pickles, jalapeños, and lettuce is fine eating!

I love leftovers, I find many dishes to be better the second day etc. soup, stew, beans, carne guisada, spaghetti, lasagna and I’m sure more

I like a fish sandwich with mayo and onions for breakfast. I fried up 6 pounds of crappie for 8 people Saturday night with about that many French fries and had no leftovers? Next weekend I’m making some slaw to go with it.
