At some point, casseroles just stopped looking like food to me. If I can't tell what's in there, I ain't even gonna taste it. They actually kinda repulse me. Mac and Cheese is as close as I will get to eating one, because, just by looking, I can see exactly what's in there.

I really like the breakfast casseroles where you dig in and dump a big scoop on a tortilla.

Did not vote because there was not a Yes But I need to know whats in there hammer

Love a good casserole. Tuna casserole is a favorite with Broccoli bits, peas, mushrooms, yellow onion, cheese, celery, those thin sliced white crunchy stuff and the dried onion on top food

Obviously there are some casseroles I don’t like, depending on ingredients, but by and large, I’m a casserole guy. Just made one for breakfasts this week on Sunday. Delicious and makes eating a good breakfast during the week easy.

NO! Make it taco ready.

If it ain't good on a torllia, I generally will not eat it.

Some exceptions, some side dishes where the addition of cheese technically makes it a casserole.

But casserole as a main entree. No.

I’m scared of a lot of them especially if it has some sort of crushed cereal topping. Around holiday times I avoid them like the plague.sometimes your mom/grandmothers recipes need to be retired. If you always go home with more than half of the dish, people are telling you something.

Grew up on a lot of casseroles. As long as they taste good, heap it on.

Squash and zucchini casserole hits the spot as a side dish, other than that green bean casserole is about all I eat

There used to be a place in Tularosa, NM that made a green chili chicken casserole that was better than desert. One time we happened to stop there because our company from North Carolina wanted to eat in a hole in the wall café in New Mexico. This place was off the main drag, and our company spotted it, when we walked in I just knew that this was the place I would die from botulism.

In my moment of weakness I went ahead and ordered what everyone else did. Man was I surprised, it tasted great, the chicken must have been grilled over coals, you could taste the smoky flavor. I am sure everything was homemade, even the chips were tasty along with the dips. Over the next few trips we would stop there, then it was gone.
