I large onion
I bunch of cilantro chopped and placed on top at the end...allow to sit about 30 minutes before eating.

Seasoning of yourchoice..I use
garlic
chili powder
Salt
Black pepper
That's it...Very good...I always put shredded cheese on top

We make the same stuff here, Cowboy Stoup. It's different every time, depends on what's in the saddlebags.

But we add cornbread.

Looks good i'd dive in, we make something similar at home.

If at home id throw a handful of shredded chedar, some diced raw onion and about a 1/2 cup of my favorite hot sauce on top.

we always put cheese on top of soups, stews and chili cant go wrong with any of it
