Pork Chop pt 2

Fried more last night and had gravy, mashed potatoes and purplehull peas to go with them. Dammitt boy they were good!

i only use seasonings and flour..no double dipping just a single douse of flour for each chop

A cold left over pork chop with Dijon mustard makes a good snack.

So is a pork chop sandwich!

Made these last week. I made some sauteed onions, green bell peppers and mushrooms, put those on top with a dark gravy. It was great!
