OK, my stuffed chicken breast in in the cookbook. Now, I'm thinking pork. What is the taste I am looking for? Hmmm...

Think a big beautiful thick butterflied pork chop, stuffed with -

Cranberries and apples?
Apples and cheese?
Pears and onions?
Cranberries and pecans?
Spinach and Prosciutto?
Mushrooms and onions?
Japs and pineapple?

What do your beer soaked taste buds say?

Japs and pineapple sounds interesting to me, with a bit of sage.
