One more fix before the Oatmeal starts again.
Pretty simple Fischers Jalapeno cheese sausage, more Jalapenos, Mushrooms and OJ, might need a nap after this one grin

I make something similar to this each morning in the microwave. I've found that its not what you eat as much as it is how much you eat. Cut back to one egg and one tortilla then you can get off the oatmeal. This holds me up til lunch each day.

Yessr, I quit the salt altogether a few years ago when I started having issues with my blood pressure. Made a difference.
