The wife and I attempted to make this meal. Have a pintail or two left from the season, so we decided to put one to use! I got the book 'Duck, Duck, Goose' from Hank Shaw...started with the easiest one. It was beyond tasty, literally I went to give the wife some water...and all the duck on her plate was gone. We might have cooked the duck a LITTLE bit more than I would have preferred, but with the wife still breast-feeding, we found a compromise between how we both liked it.
