I've been eyeballing Zach's for a few years now but still haven't tried since I'm hooked on Old Plantation. Lemme know how you like it please.

I have been using Zack's smoked sausage seasoning for my venison link sausage for years. I use their Polish sausage seasoning for my breakfast sausage as I like garlic in my breakfast sausage.

Been using them for 15 years. They're out of Deer Park, Tx. Get all my processing supplies from them. Great company!
