I finally found a recipe that was good in a crock pot. (I'm not a fan of any meats in a crock pot)

Jalepeno Cornbread Corn
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 pack cornbread mix (I used sweet, but think any type would work)
3 cups frozen corn (2 small bags)
1 can creamed corn
1-2 chopped jalepenos
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup milk
2 tbs butter
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Mix eggs, cornbread mix, and sugar first. Then add the rest and mix and pour into the crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours or maybe high for 2. You can add more cornbread mix to thicken it up, but I like it more wet than dry.
