dont know if there is any thing better than a big 2" thick ribeye rubbed with nothing more than koshar salt and fresh cracked pepper..... with taters and shrooms and a great glass of wine

The only thing that could possible give that a run for the money would be a 100% pure Japanese Akaushi Beef ribeye seasoned and grilled the exact same as yours.

Past that I like a little fresh garlic and gotta be rare. That is one fine lookin plate tho and I'd eat it just as it sits and drink the wine too.

Can't see the pic herr at work, but I can imagin! I went from Porterhouse to Ribeye, then met Lisa... she can hook up the sides, and then I could not eat all of the meat (dog died)! We go with a felet now. Usualy just OO and fresh S&P, but sometimes I'll dust 'em with a nice rub!

Grossly overpriced by representing pure Angus. CAB is only required to have 51% black hide.
