Food Porn - Amateur Style

So I really, really enjoy cooking, but don't have any formal training...if I could do anything different, I'd go to culinary school and learn how to cook properly.

Anyways, here are a few things I've whipped up over the last few months. Let me know what you think!

Let's see....the first is chilaquiles with salsa and avocado on top, the second is a mushroom basil pizza I made, crawfish, potato hash with fried eggs and turkey bacon on top, mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto in tomato sauce, chicken piccatta, New York strip with pan-seared mushrooms and fingerling potatoes, bacon wrapped jalapenos grilled with cream cheese, surf and turf, berry crostada grilled with a honey marscapone glaze.

Turkey bacon is great! I love the stuff...gets really crispy in the microwave

TexasPrincess....my chocolate lab has you beat to it...she's my taste tester, but I think she eats everything I make just to be nice lol
