Looks good Dan. Do you throw a piece or two of pecan on top of charcoal, or just burn down pecan?

We like to get a white hot charcoal fire going, then throw a few of them pecan logs to bring up the heat up even more & add some flavor Justin !

We have a couple of seasoned pecan logs from the tree in the front yard
