Good deal. My safes are older, no fire protection but HEAVY before the contents.... take 100 houses in a given neighborhood for a 20 year period. How many houses burned to the ground and how many were broken into? Theft is a much larger problem then fire. Old safes are plate steel. Your not grinding through that quick.
