New 7mm-08 Remington 700 barrel and lug

This barrel is new in the white Standard (slim contour) 24" from chamber to muzzle
it is new in the definition of never having a round fired in it.
the barrel was installed on my rifle but never shot.
I decided on a heavier barrel instead and just removed it.
nothing wrong with it at all.
