Bubba’s In Dallas

Have they changed their recipe? The last 5 or so times I’ve been there in the last year (including lunch right now) the chicken look and smells the same, but just tastes a little different. Still better than anything else in Dallas, but something has definitely changed right?

Don't know about the Snider Plaza location. I used to eat there pretty often and it was good chicken. Bubba's is owned by the Babe's folks. I will say I ate at the location in Frisco and was less than impressed. Wasn't anything like the Dallas location as I remember it.

Been a long time since I have eaten there so no help. Trying to find a great place to get fried chicken in the far N.Dallas area?

Whistle Britches on Frankford has good fried chicken. Used to be a Henderson’s off Abrams.

Thanks I will definitely try it!
Every time we go to the Coffee House Cafe I keep saying we are going to have to try that place and we were just there two weeks ago.

Has anyone tried Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken off of Trinity Mills & Midway Rd.

17610 Midway Rd #108, Dallas, TX 75287

It is the L shaped strip shopping center on the N.E Corner of Midway & Trinity Mills where the stand alone Panda Express & McDonald are.

Picked my son up from Love field airport yesterday and took him to Bubbas for a early lunch.

What was good; I had the fried chicken, it was very good, mashed taters & Green beans were also good. Not so good, small portions.
Son had the regular order of Chicken Fried steak. I could tell just by looking at his CFS that it probably wasn't going to be very good (batter was smooth like on fried fish) sure enough son said No Bueno.

Probably will not do a sit down again, but would order a bucket of chicken only to go!

The picture makes the plate look larger than it really is, actually a small plate like you would get in the school cafeteria if you were a rich kid laugh Our family Brown Bagged lunch.
