Must haves in Wichita Falls

I'm in a class in Wichita Falls until Thursday. Anyone know of a "must have" up here?

Red tacos and a red draw.

Bill's Catfish in Waurika. It's just across the river on 79.

The city limits sign in your rear view mirror.

Bills catfish as said, casa manana downtown for the red tacos, ham sandwich at prines bbq downtown, lunch at samurai restaurant ( the sauce and fried rice taste like none other), the big Scottie hamburger at Scott’s drive in.

Casa Manana for a red taco and I like Gene's Tasty Burger for a burger and onion rings.

McBride's Steak House, used to be several in town, the one over by the college had prime rib special one nite a week , may have been Thursday.
Hard to go wrong there, "it's all good"

Sevi's burrito. When I was a kid they were selling them out of a house for $2/ea. Not sure if they are as good as they used to be.

Can you still get ribs at the Bar L? Years ago they were pretty good.

Edit: It looks like the Bar L is closed.

drive up to Meers OK and have a meers burger. bring friends, they're huge.

If you like breakfast burritos go to Joey's Burritos. They are huge and very tasty.

IDK. Last time I ate there was about 10 years ago. Will always remember the drive in beer service with Dad back in the day. I personally can't stand red draws but the old man drank the heck out of them.

I'm thinking Scott's is closed and Bar L. P2 (The Deuce they call it now) has good steak on garlic and Red Draws. Get the spicy red draw. And of course Casa Manana red tacos and queso.

Love the Meers cafe. It was more fun when the interior had plastic on the walls to block the wind and the business cards all over. And the drive is great.

Its a one of a kind.

Awesome! Good to know. I used to love me a Big Scottie with Jalapenos and they used to, back in the late 70's, make a banana split shake that was awesome. Wonder if Pat's is still open?

Ronnie’s and casa manana are also good as others have stated.

The Jolly Truckstop used to have a fine CFS, but it has been a few years since i stopped in.

I had the cos there a couple years ago. It was pretty good.
