Love HEBs roast beef in the deli. Just got back and had lunch. There were two roasts in the case. I choose the one on my right simply because it looked a little more rare. The lady explained that one was spicy Cajun. I bought a half pound sliced on number 2. Tasted almost like spicy prime rib.

Their roast beef is pretty good, so are several others. I like mine sliced at a #8 - sometimes #10, add some onion bread from their bakery/mustard/horseradish/onions and a fresh jalapeno and you've got yourself a quick meal. up

HEB is scheduled to open in Lubbock next week. I want to try their deli food.

It’s pretty good, so is their bakery, and meat market.

Yes they do. Their Southwest tortillas are my favorite.

We get the butter ones, but not always available
