Spinach salad with shredded Rotisserie chicken,Caesar salad dressing, Yogurt and a Banana!

I couldn't understand why everyone in line had their windows up and mask on. Could have been because I turned the volume up on this song. The car hop laughed and gave me a free sandwich.

1/2 Leftover hamburger patty And HEB potato salad.

Left over venison patties that had feta cheese mixed in along with cauliflower mashers.

The only place I would ever order a porkchop off the menu.

Houstons Pork Chops were awesome.

That's closer to a rack of pork if you ask me, but damn good.

That pork chop is out of this world, gives me the meat sweats before I finish it.

I pigged out on barbacoa & frijoles with some fresh chipotle salsa I whipped up. Almost beer 30...

Thanks Stub, it was good. Have some family here from Arkansas that had never had barbacoa, they tore it up.

New Iberia, that is where my grandfather Wilson Landry is from and as an adult packed the family up and moved to Dallas

That is some cool history there. One of my best friends is a Landry. There's a ton of Landry's lol.

Never developed the palate for barbacoa but will eat the heck out of carne guisada breakfast tacos...
