They have a full bar. Pretty big menu. Ate at the Lubbock one once and had mixed feelings. Hope you have a good meal.

Re: Cheesecake Factory - 08/31/19 09:30 PM

It's not bad but like said above the menu is a bit much.

The real question is who invited you?
We need to know.

A piece if their cheesecake is a full meal and they have a lot of flavors to choose from.

Go Bill. Large menu.

I like the skinny enchiladas. Get a slice of cheesecake to go.

It was great for the occasion. There were 15 of us. It was a goodbye dinner for my neighbor. The plates to my left.

I no longer deep fry at home. I had fish and chips, my neighbor had the fried shrimp dish..

The bread was great and the portions allowed several doggie bags,

My wife picks Cheesecake Factory almost every year for her birthday

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal

I’d rate it pretty good

I've never actually had a meal there. One of my old bosses gave out a cheesecake factory gift card to the employees for something. I tried to go a few times but never had the patients to stick out the wait. Ended up getting a couple of cheese cakes to go for a few occasions. It was good but I have had better cheese cake.

Back about 10-15 yrs ago they opened one down the road in Frisco and we went. As mentioned above, the wait to be seated was unbelievable, but hey... it was brand new and was suppose to be all the rave. I decided to go safe and order a club sandwich. The toasted bread was black! Not just a little “toasty”, but flat out ace of spades burnt. Bad. I was floored that a chef would even allow it out of his kitchen. I asked the waiter if he would eat it and he shook his head no. That was my only time to ever go. My sister loves it and goes all the time.

Re: Cheesecake Factory - 10/19/19 03:35 PM

I stopped eating there when I found out the place "assumes" that ever waiter and waitress makes 15% tip on every ticket.... So at the end of the year their income is reported based on 15% tips of their accumulated tickets...Bad business ......

Decent food, big portions, and an extensive menu. I don't go out of the way to eat there, but will dine there if I am hungry and in the area.

Lubbock one isn't bad. I'm not a huge fan of the Cheesecake Factory, but it's certainly not a bad place to eat.
