Dill pickle soup

Had never heard of this until a couple weeks ago
and now can’t get enough. Served at one of our local places
Delaneys Irish Pub it is delicious. Never made it myself so
didn’t put this in the recipe forum but Google finds several recipes.

This is as much a recommendation for Delaneys as the wonderful soup.
Always enjoy the food and great beverge selection.

Interesting, so is it like a cheese soup with pickle juice in it?

It’s a creamy chicken soup with potatoes, carrots and diced pickles
with some pickle juice added. So good!

Hmm. I'm in for at least a taste. Where is this place?

Delaneys is in Mckinney, specifically corner of Eldorado & Ridge Rd.

And they will give a sample to taste. We ordered a meal
then sampled which led to ordering 3 bowls to go.

Can’t stand pickles so I’ll just take your word for it....swap the pickles for jalapeños and I’m in like Flynn....

Love pickles! Drink the juice right from the jar too. I might have to give this recipe a try.
