Razoo's - 06/05/19 08:53 PM

Ol lady wanted something different for her birthday so since we were in town to pick up a mini bike for my nephew (awesome THF'er, will post about that later) she decided let go to Razoo's. I got the Crawfish ettoufe (sp) and fried gator tail and she got the stuffed shrimp. we also got a 2 person fish bowl of Gator punch. Everything was awesome. We will be going a couple times a year from now on.

Try the “Tricky fish” plate. It is pretty darn good. It is a fish fillet grilled covered with Crawfish ettoufee(sp)

That skillet dinner is good also. Thanks for posting this, now I'll have to make a trip over there to get it.

I have tried it a couple of times, never cared for it. Seemed like most of the menu items were fried.

Stuffed shrimp is the best thing on that menu.

Razoos has always been a hit or miss for me. Last time I ate at the one in Plano on the tollway with my kids after going to the movie and it was No Bueno. I like Pappadeauxs better.

Alsups should never be compared to any other food.

Re: Razoo's - 09/01/19 02:35 AM

My Mom's side of the family has been in Louisiana for over 200 years, so I am pretty hard on restaurant Cajun food.

Razzoo's in my opinion is as good as Pappadeaux, but at a lower price.

The President/CEO of Razzoo's, Jeff Powell '85, is another fine Sam Houston Bearkat.

Allsup's stands alone. Does Razzoo's have their emblem on the Flag Of New Mexico? Allsup's does flag

Just my .02,
LeonCarr
