Grabbed one at the truck stop a bit ago....

Cheeseburger with crawfish etouffee and boudin......holy carp! food

I’ll have to post pics tomorrow when I get back to the yard......slap yo mama good!

I made the trip to Kinder Louisiana to verify SnakeWrangler claim, he is spot on, the most incredible burger I've tasted. I got it from a little market down the road from Coushatta Casino, I did gamble a little bit while I let my food settle.

Seriously, glad you liked it as much as I did.....never would/could have dreamed up such a concoction but dang if it ain't good.... food
