There is a little processor, R&R Meat processor, in FM 2114 just west of I35 that makes great summer sausage and ring sausage. Look them up, Doug is the main person there!

Sam's Warehouse sells Slovackes Ring Sausage in the Metro-plex! Not sure about the Summer sausage. I would rank the ring sausage up there w/ Fischer's Sausage from Muenster.

Wummer Sausage or any Sausage Wensel lone star meats in Hamilton it hard to beat.
