I warmed up a pound of 407 chopped brisket tonight with sauteed purple onions on fresh buns baked at my local heb. Son of a gun. You local guys are crazy if you dont make a trip to 407. I plan on making grilled cheese sandwiches with the res for lunch this week. It is stellar.
