Montana in Stephenville for Chicken Fried Steak (scenery used to be pretty decent, too)
Hard 8 BBQ in Stephenville
Jersey Lilly's in Hico for Mexican

Granny Clark's in Dublin is good on Saturday night. All you can eat steak, shrimp and ribs for around $15. We go once a month from Cisco and is worth the drive. You can thank me later.

Loco coyote east of the 'Ville @ US67 and CR 1004, best barbecue around. Puts hard 8 to shame.

Dublin: Granny Clark's for amazing breakfast buffet. Their lunch and dinner is pretty good too.
Stephenville: Castillo's used to be pretty good for tex-mex, and open 24 hours and serve anything on the menu anytime you want it.
