Those Boys Kept Her Busy - 11/13/17 12:18 AM

Those boys did all the shooting and after 26 retrieves on the morning hunt, my pup was wore out.

A few pics of our weekend.

Is that a ladradoodle x chocolate lab x fetching dog? grin

Or just some mutt you picked up at the shelter?

Nice work!

Headed to KS in the morning, will have five of them in the truck! Pheasants beware!

Ha! Good one, I hear that all the time. Those boys know what she is.

The tank we hunted has cattails on three sides, a few ducks would try hide in the cattails, they had no chance once she got down wind. Never seen a dog who has natural hunting smarts and loves to swim like this one does.

Dead deer pictures won't load for some reason but, her nose and tracking skills are special.

She even found me a cottontail when walking down to the river bottom to deer hunt.

Good luck in Kansas, post us a report, take lots of pictures.

Great looking pup and looks like the boys are having some fun with her. Is it a Drat or puddlepointer?

Is her hair soft to the touch or like a brillo pad? Her hair looks soft like a labs, is why I ask.

She is a PudelPointer, her hair is soft, even though she looks like a hot mess.

Thanks, she is my buddy.

Those are not my boys but, I would take them all in a hart beat, if given the opportunity.

Hate to call them boys, those young men and their dad and I are headed to SD this weekend to do a little pheasant hunting.

Can't wait, Judee is ready after all the training she's been doing.
