Interdigital Furunculosis??

So I took my dog to the emergency vet Saturday night because her paw was swollen they did a snake test, and sent us home with pain meds and said give Benedryl. Then Sunday afternoon this red thing started to grow on her paw, it actually got worse than that but I didn't get a picture of that.



So I took her back and they said her paw was full of bacteria and they lanced it and us home with antibiotics and pain meds.



I've been reading online and I'm wondering if it's this Interdigital Furunculosis because the pictures I'm seeing online look like her red spot did. Also online it seems this could come back multiple times before it's out of her system, which sounds like a nightmare for my pup. Anyone dealt with anything similar before? I'm really hoping it's not this and it happens again.
