Family has decided to put up the farm up for sale. 302+- acres in Rising Star, Texas. Here's a little about the land.
It's 302+- acres there is a water well, & electricity. I believe there is a plug for RV!
Property line Fences are in decent shape couple of sides could use a little work, they do keep cattle in currently. Cross fences will need worked!
Approximately a 34+- acre pecan grove it's overgrown and needs work. It was producing at one time!
Approximately 70+- plowed field currently has dry land cotton on it. Could make a good food plot!
Approximately 30+- acres of heavy woods!
The other 168+- acres is open and has native grass and mesquite trees.
