Searching for a lease, Childress/Vernon/Abilene area - 03/22/23 04:29 PM
I’m looking for a lease again. I’m currently on a lease between Childress and Paducah and it’s been somewhat productive, but I’m looking for something more. The place I’m on is 200 or so acres but 90% ag land. My camper is nearly getting blown away!
I would ideally like to be the primary lease holder and have a couple occasional close friends as guests- usually my girlfriend. Not interested in drama. I would need a spot to park a camper but don’t need water or electricity. Looking for deer, hogs, Turkey. Willing to work with the landowner on their needs as well.
Budget is around 5k for a good fit. Ideal area is the around Childress, to Vernon/Wichita falls area, down to Abilene area. Open to SW Oklahoma as well.
