In the process of looking for a new lease. Land sold after 22 years hunting. Looking for south Texas no particular county, been in duval for the last 22yrs. Would like water and electric with cabin already in place. Have 5 -6 hunters in the 4k-6k range(more if its right place). would like low fence not really interested in high fence but what ever i can get help with will be fine. Don't mind putting in the work to fix a place up, long term would be great. Very management minded, and ready to feed protein year round. Don't mind joining a place already established just would like a place to bring my 8yr old daughter to teach her about the outdoors and hunting. Ex land owner willing to vouch for our past years of leasing. Thanks in advance
