Want to gauge interest on a Bee County Deer Lease. 200 acres with water and electricity available. Just purchased this place but have seen deer while checking cows. Ranch has 4 pastures and 1 tank. There will be cows on one of the pastures during season. Probably not any hogs due to perimeter fence being net wire. Could be a long term lease but I plan on turning over half into hayfield. Just looking for 1-2 hunters or a family. Not sure what it’s worth, located about 5 miles south of beeville. Shoot me a PM if interested.
