400 acres with lodge and 8 suites for sale near Winsboro Tx

I have a friend who is selling his lodge and 8 suites on about 400 acres near Winnsboro. This place would be great for for a hunting outfit or events like weddings and such. The lodge may include eight suites that have a bedroom, living area, and kitchen in each. Generally the lodge would include a great room where all could mingle- just my past history with such things.
