2 potential spots out of 4 opening on almost 700 acre lease in Pittsburg county. Looking to add the right people to our existing lease. If you know the area you know the quality of deer in the area. Year round lease.
Management minded hunters only, we are not harvesting young deer.
Good variety of terrain, cover, and water.
Good roads, but SXS or four wheeler is necessary when it’s wet as we don’t want to tear up owners roads.
Potential to take over the house on the property so price may go up 1k at the most per year. Currently have RV hook ups that we’ve been using, but if the house becomes available that’s where members will stay.
Preference given to people with tractors, first responders and LEO’s, as the current members are.
