Hello all, my father and I are searching for a new leasing opportunity. We have been at our current lease for 6 years and unfortunately the landowner has sold and we have to move. Since you are being persistent(what it takes) ill offer some advice. Lots of guys looking dont have a very big budget so if you have a decent sized one you may consider posting it and it may help you. Also, more and more places it seems are not allowing year around access. You mentioned you wanted that and thats fine but it may be knocking you out of some replies. You also didnt elaborate on if you wanted a property to yourself or if you were willing to join a group. I would also try looking on leasehunter.com if you havent already. Good luck.
