Unguided Turkey near DFW

Looking for access to a place i can hunt some Thunder Chickens. Either day by day or season lease. No lodging, food, guides, etc. Just looking for a turkey population within 3 hrs of DFW, and free range to turkey hunt on property.

Above is requirements, below is wishlist...
- permission to dry camp on property
- availability/permission to fish
- a guest to tag along - guest would be 100% newbie to turkey hunting
- nothing like seeing someone's face light up when they hear their first gobble
