Looking for a quail lease

Just like the title says, I'm looking for a place to get out and hunt quail and pretty much only quail. In the past I've had enough friends with leases that I could go out with but due to the downturn in the oil patch everyone has let their leases go this year.

I'm in Houston but I'm willing to travel nearly anywhere if the lease is good enough. I've spent tons of time searching online but I just can't anything very good. All of the ranches that are decent sized seem to be priced towards trophy deer hunting and I don't have any interest in that. Do hunting leases give discounts for people that would rather just hunt birds?

Ideally I'm looking for 1000+ acres.
