Just found out I am loosing my lease in Grayson County due to death in landowners family
Looking for something in Cooke, Montague, Grayson, Denton, or Wise counties
I am a 35 year old firefighter and army veteran with wife and 6, 4 year old daughters
Looking for something year round and family friendly
Have all my own equipment including pull behind rough cut mower for keeping up property
Mainly bow hunt but like the option of rifle as well.
Have camper as well but don’t have to bring
Want to stay under $2000 a year
Fine with hunting with others and sharing
