I had someone contact me that seemed serious and wasn't wasting my time. He is coming next week to look at this property so it may be sold pending a 1031. If not, I'll relist it.

Congratulations. It sounds like a great place. Are you doing a 1031 too, or are you just gonna pony up the capital gains to Uncle Sam?

I also plan on doing a 1031.
