I drive by this place nearly every day. Nice hunting property. I truly hope it sells for that kind of money!

Great area with lots of both kinds of deer! There have been some real trophies killed in this area through the years. Good genetics.

I love that area...and miss hunting the Wind River just north of this place. Wish I had the means.

Fantastic property. Hunted two different properties SE of you south of Quanah both on the Pease. Love that country.

The 1000 acres is still available as a whole at buyer’s option, but we have also started advertising the 260 acre tract by itself. You can see a better description and pictures on Zillow at the following link:
