I forgot to mention that hopefully the payments could be made quarterly and I would need transportation to the blinds because I do not want to get mud or dust on my car. And of course, maid service and a full time cook would be a requirement at the lodge.

Oh and my family, kids, friends will be coming with me. I'll have buddies coming too to shoot hogs, varmits and lots of rounds sighting in multiple guns but they can't come until opening weekend to sight in rifles. It's gonna be a great lease

I’m on a lease just like this, & we had a couple of guys leave this year. Said they found a better deal.

On our lease the owner’s adult daughters drive around the lease on a rigged golf cart delivering cold beers and mixing drinks for tips. They do quite well.
