Just lost our lease for this year, landowner pulled it out from under us.

Anything available for 2 families, prefer WEST of DFW or within 2 hours.

We were on one in Woodson a couple years back and moved out to a larger place in Childress. Tried to come back closer to home this year.

Land manager went out of town for his anniversary, text my partner Monday night saying the land owner leased it out from under him and us. Nothing he can do about it.

Was that in Archer county, right?

Is the land manager a lease broker?

I’m not sure

Situation resolved. Long story - lease guy we were dealing with wasn’t communicating with the landowner, spoke directly with landowner today and all is good.
