Looking for one man lease near Boerne

Looking for a small acreage lease within 30 miles of Boerne. I only take two meat deer annually, for my wife and my consumption-antlers unimportant. If squirrel hunting were available, that would be a bonus. I’m a responsible individual and a biologist, who will strictly follow any landowner rules.
