Need Two People For Mills County Lease - 07/19/19 03:46 PM
Happy Friday Everyone!
I hope all is well and that everyone is getting excited for the 2019-2020 hunting season. We are currently looking for two members to join our lease down in Mills county. Please read all details below before sending messages. If interested, we will be at the lease for a work weekend on August 10th, and are happy to show potential hunting partners the property.

Year Around Lease
Deer, ducks, hogs, varmints, dove, some turkey, great fishing
MLD Property (usually have 45-48 doe tags and 12-16 buck tags, which we split evenly)
Part of Big Valley WMA for the last 20+ years
Total acres = 1500
Total number of hunters = 12 (currently have 10)
Accommodations = large lodge with full amenities, full kitchen, two full baths, satellite TV, multiple fridges and freezers
Blinds and feeders furnished (rifle stands are all large, two man stands)
Price includes all corn and protein
Price includes all utility payments
Walk In Freezer for hanging animals
Two Lakes: 13 acre and 25 acre (stocked with bass, catfish and bream)
Multiple Stock Ponds
Colorado River access
Pecan Bayou access
Bow and Rifle Hunting
Feed Year Around
Strictly managed
Low Fence
Guests and family are welcome
ATVs welcome and recommended
We don't like drama and we expect hunters to help out with projects like filling feeders, repair a feed pin, etc.. Other than that, we are all blue collar guys who love to hunt and fish with our friends and families.
$5,000 a gun.
